At Apple Tree, our compassionate Mandarin-speaking faculty and staff are the heart and soul of our community. Every day, we are committed to ensuring that the children in our care feel happy, healthy, loved, and appropriately challenged. We take great pride in our team's ability to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where each child is supported in reaching their fullest potential.

All of our staff members come to Apple Tree with a minimum of two years of childcare experience, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our young learners. In addition to their experience, every team member undergoes comprehensive in-house childcare training, which upholds our high standards of commitment, care, and respect. This training guarantees that each child receives the highest level of care and educational excellence.

A unique aspect of our faculty is that every member is fluent in Mandarin. This language proficiency is essential to our Mandarin immersion programs, allowing us to create an authentic and effective language learning environment. Many of our staff members are also parents themselves, and they understand the importance of providing a loving, supportive, and engaging atmosphere for all children.
